Your workday as a production worker in the Netherlands
As a production worker in a Dutch company, you keep the workflow going smoothly. You operate machines, prepare materials and ensure products are assembled, checked and packed according to Dutch quality standards. This can include assembling parts, working with metal, assembling electronic components, performing quality checks or testing products for functionality. You work side by side with great Dutch colleagues on the production line, with clear responsibilities, a good rhythm and a pleasant atmosphere typical of Dutch workplaces where there’s always room for a quick chat.

What can you expect as a production worker in the Netherlands?
At ABflexkracht in the Netherlands you can count on a competitive salary starting from €14.40 gross per hour. On top of that, you will receive:
- Shift allowance according to the Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) in the Netherlands or company policy where you work;
- Overtime pay in line with the CAO or company rules;
- Travel allowance;
- Bonus based on performance and results;
- 8% holiday pay on top of your gross salary;
- Pension scheme through StiPP (according to the ABU-CAO).
Dutch technical production companies like to invest in their employees. Think of professional workwear, safety shoes, internal training and official Dutch certificates such as VCA Basic. From the start, you will have your own contact person who helps you grow and assists with any questions about working in the Netherlands.
What do you need to start as a production worker in the Netherlands?
No specific education required! We are mainly looking for people with the right work attitude for the Dutch market:
