Technical Service Employee

Your tasks will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing machine and equipment failures.
• Preventive maintenance of technical equipment (lubrication, adjustments, replacements).
• Assembly and disassembly of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic parts.
• Welding, locksmithing, and hydraulic work for ongoing repairs.
• Inspection of the technical condition of installations and tools.
• Collaboration with production to minimize downtime.

We are looking for people who are reliable, motivated, and technically handy. Someone who wants to stay in the Netherlands and commit to a long‑term employer.
Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance or technical service.
• Knowledge of mechanics, basic electricity, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read technical schematics is a plus.
• Accuracy, independence, and ability to work under time pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Communicative knowledge of English or Dutch.
