General Machine Operator

• Salary between €15,00 and €18,00 per hour, depending on experience

As a Machine Operator, you are the key player on the work floor. You ensure that machines run smoothly, production lines keep moving, and any malfunctions are resolved quickly. Your tasks include:

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machines
• Troubleshooting minor malfunctions and performing small to larger repairs
• Monitoring the quality and speed of the production line
• Performing physical tasks
• Contributing ideas for improvements in the production process

We are looking for reliable, motivated, and technically skilled individuals. Someone who wants to stay in the Netherlands and commit to an employer for a longer period.
You are:

• Able to communicate in Dutch or English
• Available year-round
• Technically skilled (basic technical experience is sufficient)
• Physically fit and willing to work hard
• Willing to learn — or already experienced in the field
• In possession of your own housing — or willing to use our quality accommodations
