Production worker in the Agriculture Sector

• A personal coordinator who is there for you when you have questions;
• A gross hourly salary starting from €13.68 when you are 21 years or older;
• 8.33% holiday pay per year;

The work at our various customers varies from working outside in the fields literally with your hands in the earth or varied work inside the greenhouse, in the shed or on the conveyor belt where you are busy processing flowers and plants.

Think of bunching, cutting or pulling flowers or a more precise job like packing and stickering the flowers. For other customers, your work also includes cutting plants and preparing orders for the trolley.  

You will work with colleagues but may also carry out your work independently, spread out in the greenhouse or in the field.

• A well-motivated personality;
• Experience in physically demanding work;
• Full-time availability ( 38 - 40 hours);
• Willing to work shifts for some of our clients and in some cases weekends or evenings;
• You have your own transport. It is important that you live within a 10-30 km radius in our working region (area Aalsmeer, Rijsenhout, Noordwijk, Hillegom, Lisse, Zwaanshoek, De Kwakel)
• You are available for work at least for six (6) months
