Production Teamleader

• Work via ABflexkracht at one of our clients or direct employment with the customer
• Salary between €15–€17 per hour, depending on experience
• A varied production or greenhouse environment

As a Production Teamleader, you are the main point of contact on the production floor. You lead the team while also working hands‑on yourself. Depending on the client, you could be working:

• In bulb production (sorting, planting, packaging, order picking)
• In the greenhouse (cultivation tasks, quality control, logistics, planning)
• On a production line where speed, teamwork, and precision are essential

You maintain oversight, divide tasks, and ensure the work runs smoothly and safely.

• Experience supervising a small or larger team
• You speak Dutch or English
• You live in the Bollenstreek, Aalsmeer, or Haarlemmermeer region
• Preferably you have your own transport or a driving licence
• You are active, responsible, and enjoy working with others
