Construction helper (Aalsmeer / Alphen aan den Rijn / Mijdrecht)

What We Offer:

• Hourly wage between €15 and €17, depending on experience

For several clients in the construction sector, we are looking for motivated construction helpers. We are searching for someone who sees what needs to be done, enjoys working outdoors, and isn’t afraid to get dirty. Experience is welcome, but your work attitude and motivation are just as important to us!
Your tasks will include:

• Supplying materials and keeping the construction site tidy
• Assisting with carpentry, demolition or masonry work
• Using small hand tools
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Various supporting tasks that help the team work efficiently

We are looking for people who are reliable, motivated, and technically handy. Someone who wants to stay in the Netherlands and commit to a long‑term employer.
Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English or Dutch
• Available year‑round
• Physically fit and ready to work
• Willing to learn or already experienced in construction
• Driving licence or own transport is a big plus
• Own accommodation — or willingness to use our well‑maintained housing
• VCA certificate — or willingness to obtain it through us
