Complaints handling, high priority
Everything pertaining to your deployment is properly organised; you can count on that! Still, something might not be to your liking. In that case, you can lodge a complaint with abflexkracht. We take each and every complaint seriously and seek to solve them all correctly. That enables us to keep improving the service we provide you with.

What is a complaint?
We consider a complaint to be every expression of displeasure and/or dissatisfaction that shows that we have not met your expectations.

Lodging a complaint
You can discuss your complaint directly with your personnel coordinator. You can also submit your complaint (anonymously if you wish) by completing a complaints form on our website, by sending an e-mail to pytanie@abflexkracht.nl, by calling our help desk on number +31 (0)297-327 666 or by sending a letter to our office address. Your personnel coordinator will handle your complaint. If your complaint concerns a more general question or request, we will send it on to the responsible department for further handling.

Handling your complaint
Within one week of receipt of your complaint you will receive a confirmation by e-mail explaining the procedure that will be followed. Of course, we will try to settle your complaint as quickly and as meticulously as possible. You can count on that!
