Our client Royal De Ree Holland is looking for a large number of production employees who can be deployed in different departments for the winter period for 3 months.

Start and end date
13 July until half/end of September 2022.

Royal De Ree Holland specializes in the development, packaging and transport of flower bulbs, perennials and related products. They supply various markets in more than 40 countries worldwide.

Royal De Ree Holland employs approximately 450 people during the winter. Most people come from Poland and a number of groups of other nationalities also work there, including from Slovakia and the Czech Republic. In the summer period, the average age of the employees is lower due to the fact that many students from Poland come to work here. The atmosphere at Royal De Ree Holland is pleasant and they also regard the temporary employees as one of them. If you function well, there are also many opportunities to fill other positions.

What can you expect?
Because Royal De Ree Holland is going to take care of a planning, just before the start of the work, it is not yet known in which department you will be working exactly. You will hear this just before the start of the project.

Therefore, here is a description of the most common activities that you can expect as a production employee at Royal de Ree Holland:

- Packing bulbs (you are standing at a machine)
- Putting bags with bulbs in crates and boxes;
- Stickering of boxes/crates with bags of flower bulbs;
- Various general support activities

Who are we looking for?
- You are motivated to work;
- A real go-getter;
- Flexible to work varying working hours;
- Working overtime should not be a problem (you work a lot of hours in this busy period);
- Preferably you speak English or Polish.

Working days and times

• Monday to Friday and sometimes also on Saturday.
• You are available to start early from 06.00 in the morning.
• You may also be asked to work night shifts.

Housing
We have different locations and categories of housing. Our planners will inform our recruiters on the exact location and costs for each candidate when the schedule is known.

Bicycles and parking options
The parking options at the client's site are limited. That is why you will be housed as close as possible to the work location, so that you can get there by bike. If you are housed further away than 10 km, abflexkracht will provide a car or possibly a small bus. Parking is possible at a location nearby, a large area with space for more than 50 cars, just a few 100 meters, less than 2 minutes by bike from Royal De Ree Holland. There, abflexkracht bicycles are ready for you to continue your way to work.

What can you expect from us?

• A personnel coordinator who is there for you if you have any questions;
• A gross hourly salary of €10.81 if you are aged 21 or over.
• 8,33% holiday pay per year;
• Accommodation if you need it;
• A bicycle to get to work.
