Do you have a natural talent for arranging flowers? We are looking for a bouquet maker (male/female) in the vicinity of The Hague.
We are looking for (experienced) hand bouquet makers (f / m) for our client in Rijnsburg. Are you an experienced flower binder or are you enthusiastic and motivated to learn how to make hand bouquets? And do you like to add color to life? In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your creativity. As an (experienced) hand bouquet maker you will create the most beautiful bunches of flowers for people's homes.

What will your work as a bouquet maker involve?
Flowers come to you in containers or on a turntable. You choose the right composition of flowers for making flower arrangements or a beautiful bouquet by hand. You make different bouquets with the right binding techniques on the basis of examples according to the latest fashion trends that the client offers you. In addition, you also make arrangements or dry bouquets. Because these are different binding techniques, it is important that you master this or learn in a fast way. In any case, you can enjoy the most beautiful colors and scents around you all day long. In addition, you work in a team together with pleasant colleagues. You work as Corona proof as possible in spaces that are separated by screens and everybody wearing a mouth cap.

The seasons change throughout the year and you will also notice that in the workplace. For example, in the winter you are busy making Christmas arrangements, in the spring with Easter arrangements and on Mothers Day you can make beautiful bouquets. The special seasons are also the busiest times. You work all day and start early at 6 a.m. When it is less busy (in the summer for example), it can sometimes be a bit later around 7 a.m. or 8 a.m. During busy periods you occasionaly work a few days in shifts, but these are exceptions to your regular working hours. The working days are from Monday to Friday and only occasionally (depending on the public holiday) it may be that you work on Saturday. You will receive your work schedule every day.

Who are we looking for?

For the flower binding vacancy, we are looking for a reliable colleagues who enjoy flowers. You are a go-getter and can work independently as well as in a team in the role of flower binder. Experience in making hand-turned bouquets is a plus.

• you have demonstrable work experience in bouquet making or are eager to learn the job;
• you are flexible and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality;
• you are enthusiastic and a go-getter;
• you can work well in a team;
• you work accurately;
• you are stress resistant.

What can you expect from us?

• A personnel coordinator who is there for you if you have any questions;
• A gross hourly salary of €10.09 if you are aged 21 or over. If you can demonstrate several years of work experience as a bouquet maker, your salary may be negotiable in consultation with the client.
• 8,33% holiday pay per year;
• Accommodation if you need it;
• A bicycle to get to work.
