“Just like the variety in kinds of flowers and colours in a bouquet, I like the variety in my job! For instance, providing together with my team the versatile talents that our customers need. Or coming up with creative marketing campaigns and analysing how we can deploy the right resources, but also ensuring a good working atmosphere within the team because that is the basis for a good performance and fulfilment. I find that variety most pleasing.
